The Hay House Pricing and Booking Information

Tourist Board Rating: The Hay House is English Tourist Board rated as Four Star.

People: Non Smokers, Children of all ages welcome - Stair gate fitted, cot and high chair can be provided. Only a maximum of  6 people can be accommodated, this must not be exceeded.

Dogs: Dogs are not allowed to stay at the Hay House.

Linen and Towels: Provided

Heating and Electricity: The heating is electric. Electricity is included in  "Summer" prices but charged according to usage at other times.  Some logs provided for Wood Burning Stove.

Arrival & Departure: Change over day is Thursday from May bank holiday to end of August to avoid traffic in the peak seasons. Change over day is Saturday for all other times. Entry not before 4pm and please leave by 10am to allow us time to clean the property.

Payment Terms: 30% of total charge confirms booking. Full payment to be settled 10 weeks before booking date.

Short Breaks: Available from the end of September to Easter.  Other times by arrangement. Pricing for 3 nights charged at 5/7ths of weekly rate, and 4 nights charged at 6/7ths of weekly rate.
